Round the Clock Communication -  McKenzie will communicate with you 24/7, during holidays, vacations, and more.
Prequalification - McKenzie has worked with many Lenders over her years as a Realtor. She has multiple Lender recommendations if you need them, and can help you with the basics of getting prequalified. This will help you and be the first step of your buying process, as it is required to have a prequalification letter prior to viewing a home!
Showing Properties - McKenzie is available 7 days a week for showings. She will first set you up on a “Drip Email” if you choose, which will give you firsthand access to all listings on the market that fit your search criteria, and provide you with an email ASAP when a new listing hits the market. When you decide you are ready to view a home or homes, McKenzie will work immediately to get you scheduled to view it. 
The Contract Process - McKenzie can sit down with you and explain the in’s and out’s of the buying process including submitting an offer, getting under contract, and getting to closing. She provides weekly updates to you through this process so that you stay informed and understand the steps, all the way from submitting an offer, to signing at the closing table.
